What You Can Expect From Us:
- A digital proof will be shared with you within three (3) business days
- Custom logo golf balls will ship within 8 business days of artwork approval.
- If logo/order is not approved within 30 business days, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.
- Note: All sales are final
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
- File types accepted: AI, PDF, EPS, PNG, JPG, GIF, TIF, BMP
- Maximum file size allowed: 20MB
- Photos must be 300ppi (pixels per inch)
- Logos should note PMS colors, if available
- Licensed/royalty bearing images will require written authorisation prior to artwork setup and order processing
- The printing of any message, logo, or photo is at the discretion of Titleist
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Can ball models be mixed to reach the minimum order quantity?
A: No. The minimum is 6dz per ball model.
Q: Can I order less than the minimum?
A: With a custom logo upload, the minimum is 6dz per ball model. You may order less than 6dz when selecting a logo from the pre-existing library of logos on Titleist.
Q: How do I add a second logo or personalisation?
A: We cannot apply a second logo decoration with a custom logo upload.
Q: Are there any custom packaging options available?
A: Titleist does offer custom packaging options when ordering through a local authorised golf shop.
Q: I've already placed and received an order with my logo. How do I place a re-order?
A: You may order online again, please advise in the notes if the logo is the same.
Q: Does the minimum order quantity apply to a re-order?
A: Yes. The minimum is 6dz per ball model with a re-order.
Q: What is a play number?
A: The play number is located just below the Titleist name on each golf ball. This number can be simply a preference or "lucky" number. It can also be used to help identify who's ball is whose when playing a round with friends who play the same ball model.
Q: May I order my logo on a pink, orange, or green ball model?
A: We do not offer logos for those colors.
Q: What is the lead time for a Custom Logo Upload orders?
A: A proof will be sent to you within three (3) business days. Once approved, your order will ship within 8 business days.
Q: How can I receive my order sooner?
A: All orders ship using DPD 48-hour service. No express shipping options are currently available.
