THINGS TO REMEMBER FOR YOUR TOUR:

• You must be a Team Titleist member (ages 13 and older) to register for the Titleist Golf Ball Experience through Titleist.co.uk
• Tour reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be booked a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
• Posted tours are limited to 6 visitors and each visitor must be registered individually. To inquire about groups larger than 6, or bringing visitors ages 8-12, please call 001 833 868 7273.
  
• Each visitor 18 and older must present a valid form of identification. Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Mobile phones, cameras, recording devices and personal items (i.e., large purses, backpacks) are not permitted on the tour. For your convenience, mini lockers are available for storage of mobile phones during the tour. 
• All tours are conducted in English and last approximately 90 minutes.

• Tours are handicap and wheelchair accessible. Service animals are not allowed on the manufacturing floor.

• Tours are subject to postponement or cancellation due to unforeseen interruptions in production schedules or weather. If a schedule change occurs, we will make every attempt to notify those with tour reservations as soon as possible. Acushnet Company is not liable for personal costs incurred due to a tour being postponed or canceled.
• Acushnet Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny access or remove any individual from a tour for any reason and at any time.
• No open-toed shoes or sandals are allowed on tours.
• All Titleist sites are smoke-free. Use of any types of tobacco on Titleist sites is prohibited.
• You will be required to make you own way to New Bedford, Massachusetts, U.S.A. Titleist will not provide any flights/transportation from the UK.
