My name is Jordan Jurmu. I am a 10 year-old avid golfer. I have played golf since I was 5 years old. Today, my mom dropped me off at my home course, The Heritage at the Marquette Golf Club, after school.

When I got to the 7th hole, I noticed the pin was in the front left position. I teed up my ball on the right side of the tee box. I took my 7 iron, went through my normal routine and took a solid swing. The ball landed on the green, took one bounce, hit the pin...and dropped in the hole! I "gently tossed" my club in the air and had a quick celebration.

I can't wait to get back on the course tomorrow!
