I went over to the club to try to get in a quick round. It was just before lunch and no one was available, so I proceeded on my own and played two balls on each hole, keeping a separate score for each ball.

On the 17th hole, a par three, I got a hole-in-one, my first in 53 years of golfing. It was accomplished with the second of the two balls I was playing and separately scoring. Is this a valid hole in one? (It was a Titleist NXT Extreme ball.)
