I was standing on the tee with my 8-iron when a guy from my threesome informed me that it was only 145 to the front. I ran back to my bag, pulled my nine iron and took a nice swing at the Titleist Pro V1x I had tee'd up. The ball hit the front of the green checked up like only the Pro V1's can, and rolled about 5 feet into the cup for my first hole-in-one and my first round in the 70's for a 79!!
