A very good friend of mine shane and i were playing in a 3 ball with my son on castlehawk golf course Rochdale England on the 3rd hole only a 140yd Par 3 i hit 9 iron my son who is a monster a soft wedge to the green .Shane pulls out his 3 wood and says dont say a word ! Proceeds to hit a lovely straight shot lands 20 yards short of the green runs on to the green and 20ft later straight in the hole !!! The reason shane had to hit his 3 wood he has limited rotation in his swing due to a freak wave accident years ago while in australia and puts up with Ribbing all the time but loves his golf still and showed there is more than one way to skin a cat and ticked an achievment of his bucket list .
