FINALLY!! After 30 years of playing I managed my first hole in one. I played in a 36 hole comp on Sunday and played badly all day, I had three holes to go and I couldn't wait to get off the course. Stood on the 16th tee and middled an 8 iron, it pitched about four feet in front of the flag and went straight in. What an amazing feeling! I followed it up with a birdie on 17 too. Luckily there wasn't that many in the bar after so the round wasn't that expensive!
