First round with new irons, first hole in one in 15 years!

After getting fit for my new Titleist 620MBs back in October, I had been unable to venture out for 6 weeks due to a combination of atrocious weather conditions and work commitments, until today (10/11/2019). From the get go the new irons felt as good as they did during the fitting and they behaved well all day. The round itself was pretty uneventful, I was on 30 points after 16 holes. I pulled my 9 iron after picking the flag up at 147 yards uphill with my bushnell for my tee shot on 17. With the second shot I’ve ever hit with my 9 iron, I managed to put a good swing on it which resulted in a 4 yard draw that found the surface 6 foot behind the flag and zipped back into the flag before dropping. Despite the shouts from the group waiting on 18 tee, it wasn’t until I saw the ball at the bottom of the cup did it sink in! Great feeling only made better by the fact it was with the new sticks which are in my opinion, the best blades I’ve ever seen or at least since the 680’s I had as a kid! Cheers Titleist! Hopefully first of many to come
