While on a golfing Holiday with my golf society we had 6 rounds of golf at different course. Wasn't playing particularly well and arrived at Orange county panther lake so in my head was just relax, no pressure, not at work, enjoy it. First few holes were OK and then got to the short 6th with water on the left and rubbish at the back. Choked down on my trusty AP2 9 iron and punched it in there, 1 hop, and in the hole. I didn't even realise as there was a false front so the bottom of the cup was hidden. My mates were standing on the bank to my right and came down shouting "It's in the hole, it's in the hole". I didn't know what to do, had some high fives and took the lovely walk without a club in my hand to retrieve it from the bottom of the cup. Had the photo taken and luckily the society was insured for the bar bill. Happy days.
