My first hole in one after coming close so many times. What a great feeling getting told by the group in front that the ball went in the hole and it was the first ball that was hit as my playing partner had already hit his tee shot after me before the boys could get our attention to inform us that I had a hole in one. The congratulations from everyone was overwhelming but I still tried to compose myself as it was handicap club champ qualifier. I had 5 pars then a birdie followed by two bogeys to finish my round 2 over scratch playing off 6. Good day all round. Hopefully many more day like this to come on the course.
