The 3rd hole at Ramside golf club is an uphill par 3 with an undulating green when you can see the top of the flag. The pin that day was at the highest part of the green, tight to the right edge. The shot i hit was straight down the flag but from experience you never can gage the yardage with being uphill & the conditions were fairly cold around 8 degrees Celsius. All i heard was the ball crash into the pin/cup but being blind you never know if it ricocheted. Walking up there was no sign of the ball & to my delight there was the Pro v 1x sitting in the cup with a scuff mark from pitching directly into the hole! hole in 1 no 3, its a shame i didnt get to see it go in but the noise was brilliant to hear.
