Was my best hole in one to date. A lovely Sunday game on St. David’s day which was quite uncanny. Sun was shining and a gentle breeze. 180 yard par 3 17th hole at Royal Aberdeen, one of my favourite par 3’s anyway. Wind was off the right side with a left cut pin (perfect) hit a lovely 7 iron which never left the pin, landed 10 feet in front of the hole and dropped in as we waited anxiously in anticipation of it disappearing. My 4th hole in one and by far me favourite on a course I regard as one of the best in Scotland
