Made my first hole in one last year. On 25th of May at the 12th hole of Hamilton Golf Club, Scotland. Its a 220 yard down hill par 3 with bunkers left and right of the green. The pin was just right of middle, hit my AP2 714 5 iron sweet as I could, the bell landed just on the green and rolled towards the hole where it disappeared. I wasn’t sure that it had went in as the front right bunker partly hides the bottom of the pin. Was only when I got to the green, checked the hole and seen the ball nestling in it was I able to celebrate. Been playing since I was 10 years old (45 at the moment) and have came close on a few occasions but to actually get one was amazing.
