31.5.2020 Hi my name is Liam and I’ve been playing golf for 3 years. I play off 8 and I’m working hard on my game. My story starts with finally getting back on the golf course after lockdown. It was a lovely warm sunny day at our club, Tadmarton Heath GC. I was playing with my Dad as we were only allowed to play in two balls. We’d both played well on the front 9, I had 18 points and my Dad had 20! He plays off 4 so is a good golfer. We stepped onto the 10th tee and I could the flag was back right with a slight breeze into our faces. My dad went first and hit the middle of the green. I pulled out my wedge, a 716 AP2 and took aim. I must admit I flushed it and it looked good all the way. My Prov1 x hit the green, bounced once, spin and went it! I told my Dad I thought it had gone in and was excited as I walked up to the green. When I got about 30 yards from the green I had to run up and check and yessss it was in! I just jumped up and my Dad hugged me. There were players on the hole behind me and in front and they started clapping... My Dad said he is going to buy everyone a drink when the clubhouse opens again. A brilliant day and I was glad my Dad was there to see my first hole in one! ️‍♂️
