This happenned on Hole 8 of the Beedles Lake Golf Club a 182 yard Par 3. As I prepared to take my shot i rember thinking that I need to get the ball past the bunkers guarding the front the hole. The ball flew straight and landed on the green and disappeared from view. The hole was hidden from view by one of the front bunkers. The 3 mates I was playing with gasped and swore that the ball must have gone into the hole. Trying not get too excited and containing my expectations we walked to the green. When we got there and the ball was not anywhere in sight in became more obvious that it must have rolled into the hole. And sure enough it was in the hole. I was ecstatic beyond description .. and me and mates just broke into exclamations of excitement. It took me 3 holes to settle down as i scored 7, 7 and 7 on the next par 5 4 and 4 respectively. 3rd August 2019 a day I will next forget.
