What do you do on a cold day when everything is snow bound spend 20 mins looking through a suitcase with all the crap you have won over the years but won’t throw out!! My medal round started with a hole out for a two on the first then a complete howler for the next 15 holes then standing on the 17th at Kingsdown GC pull a 5 iron out on the 155 yard par 3 into the wind hooked it left bounced hard right off the bank races across the green hits the flagstick square and drops in!! Some days I forget to pick up things I should have got and dream away until the nice weather comes but I can remember the good shots like 5 mins ago!!
