Yesterday I had my first hole in one during a Saturday roll-up stableford competition. I have played golf on and off since I was 10 and now I'm 29 but never really been too close to a hole in one. Lately I have started concentrating on one sport which is golf instead of all the sports under the sun :) and found my game going from strength to strength. We were on the par 3 14th hole and had 138 yards with a strong back wind so I decided to take a 9 iron with a controlled smooth swing and let the wind carry it down to the green. The shot worked out great and looked like it was going to be close all the way, me and the other guys around said at the same time..... "Thats gunner be close" as it took one bounce on the green then crashed into the hole with the second :). Fantastic feeling and one I will never forget.
