Playing with 7 of my good golf friends from our old university golf side in 2 x 4 balls, I got to the par 3 14th 150yd par 3 needing a miracle to claw our match back as we were approaching dormi down. I was last to play, the others already safely on the green with a few make-able putts. I stepped up and hit a lovely 8 iron down the throat of the flag, looking a bit long. The ball dug in and spun back down the slope about 10 feet into the hole. The ultimate hole in one seeing it trickle towards the hole! Screaming and shouting ensued...
