I haven’t played it personally however a few friends have been lucky enough and rate it very highly. I have played most of the Greg Norman designed courses here in Australia so if it is anywhere near as good as them, you will be in for a treat.

Firstly please accept my apologies for not replying sooner.
I have been fortunate to play each of these courses. The National consists of 4 x 18 holes layouts, of which I’ve played 3 ( Old, Moonah and Long Island), my favourite being the Old.
Team Titleist AU actually gave a few of us the opportunity to play Metropolitan during the ProAm of the Australian Masters a few years back. In my opinion Metro is the best conditioned course in Melbourne. There are not enough words to describe RM, it’s in a class of its own.
I am actually playing Cathedral Lodge next month. I’ll be sure to post some pics.

Hi Chris,
Will certainly update you on Cathedral Lodge. If it is half as good as it is sounds it will be amazing. Sounds like you have a great trip planned already but might I suggest you try St Andrews Beach while you are here. It is public access, so no invites needed and was designed by Tom Doak. It is an amazing layout well worth a visit.
