    I bought the may edition of Golf Monthly and entered your promotion for a free ballfitting.

    After 4 weeks the golf balls arrived and I tested the Pro V1 and Pro V1x. I was never sure which golf ball was better for my game and it was great to find out. I noticed while the V1x was slightly longer it didn't check as much on wedge/chip shots compared to the V1. I found the V1 to be better overall.

    I WOULD HAVE HOPED THAT TEAM TITLEIST MEMBERS WOULD HAVE BEEN CHOSEN TO DO THE TESTS.

    The Team Titleist member referring to the "tests" is referencing a Ball Fitting call to action in the UK.  We do not have the same offer here in the U.S. but we are conducting Ball Fitting Events around the country throughout 2010.  When you attend a Titleist Ball Fitting event, you will receive a sample of your recommended and alternative Titleist golf ball and you actually then go on course to "test" which golf ball is best for you.  After we will be following up with just Team Titleist members to get your feedback about the ball fitting event, so we actually ARE going to Team Titleist members only.

    With the exception of Tour Player product validation, we will most certainly be tapping into the Team Titleist community exclusively so as long as you're here, you will be a part of it.
