  1. Hi,

Recently bought a Titleist D3 driver, 3 wood & 19 Hybrid. After playing a few rounds I realise I should have choosen a different standard setting than A1 (standard). By some reason I missed that any change to another setting obviously make the shaft "turn" the logo and grip either 90 or 180 degrees.

Can I change this somehow (to B2), estimated cost? Is this something Titleist can help we with if I find a specific Titleist event such as a Tour bus visit at my local golf store? I live in Stockholm, Sweden.

    Thanks,

    Niklas

Hi Niklas,  I have forwarded your request to our Acushnet Europe office.  You are right in that the shaft and grip will rotate when you change each setting.  When we take an order for a 910 product, we always ask what setting in case you do have a grip that will change when you change the setting.  Our stock grip is a 360 which means that it will remain the same in all settings.  In order to change your shaft and orient it in your new setting, they will have to take it apart, reset the shaft and put it back.  Europe should be contacting you shortly.
