Yes it will. The driver surfit adapter is the same for the 910 series through the TS series. Fairways and hybrids are a different story.

Yes, all the drivers still are compatible and of course, most of the weighting ports are different. That said, you may not get optimum results from your old shaft as the changes in the head are a bit different and newer shafts have newer technology. Might be worth doing a full fitting instead of taking a chance on a driver/shaft combo you have not tested.

Thanks for your advice, Dale V.

I went Titleist demo day for short fitting session and TS2 with HZRDUS Smoke 6.0 60g was producing best result, however, I still like my old 910 D2 driver (with Kai'll 60 x5ct stiff shaft) which fitted several years ago but I want to put HZRDUS Smoke 6.0 60g on the 910 D2 head to see if it works better since HZRDUS Smoke is supposed to be low spin.

    Brilliant response and knowledge, Dale!

Taking it another step, are TS and TSi Surefit adaptors compatible?

Yep, absolutely. Driver shafts are still is interchangeable between TS and TSi. Same goes for fairways and hybrids.

    Found the answer at www.titleist.com/.../surefit

    IMPORTANT NOTES

    - TS, 917, 915, 913 and 910 driver shafts are interchangeable.
    - TS, 917, 915 and 913 fairway shafts are interchangeable.
    - Titleist Driver & Fairway SureFit Hosels adjust in .75° loft and lie increments.
    - Titleist Hybrid SureFit Hosels adjust in 1° loft and lie increments.

Not all hybrid models adjust in 1 degree increments.
  8. I wouldn't hesitate to mix and match with drivers (I just changed from a 917D2 head to a TS2 with my HZRDUS Black and no issues). Hybrids are a different story, I think they are more specialized.
  9. Is the fairway TSi2 wood shaft adapter the same one used in the Driver? Are the shaft adapters unique to driver and another model for fairways or are they the same?
  10. I believe the TSi2 adapters for driver and fairway are the same.

The drivers and fairways have not shared the Sure-Fit through the TS line. The adapter is smaller with the fairway head. Compatibility with the TSi line would be an unexpected break in the releases. Weights are different- it is necessary to check the catalog as some cross between lines

If your shaft has a Titleist driver adapter installed it will work with any Titleist driver head from the 910s - TSi's.

ALL Titleist drivers ( 910 - TSi ) can interchange shafts with the driver SureFit adapter.

The shaft diameter is the same but you need to get a Titleist tip.
  20. would right hand shaft work well in a left hand head

Titleist doesn’t have LH/RH shafts. A shaft has one hosel connector. But there are separate tables for either hand. The base RH setting is A1 and the base setting for LH is D4. Just refer to the correct table to use the adjustment options.

There are not right and left hand shafts. Just different settings based on which of the two adjustment charts you use.
