Late last summer, I had an iron fitting at Windmill Lakes Golf Club in Ravenna, OH. This was the second or third fitting that I have had there with Justin Long. After receiving my new irons (combo set of T100S/T200) and playing with them for a couple months, I was struggling quite a bit with my iron play and contacted the course to ask to re-check the fitting as I thought the shaft may be too stiff--relative to the original fitting time, I know I have slowed down due to some physical changes. Justin was very good about re-checking the fitting and providing some other options which are better for me, and ultimately for changing out the shafts to a regular flex which gave me the feel and performance that I was looking for. His approach and effort were indicative of a professional who was committed to giving me the best experience possible and am very appreciative of both him and Titleist.
