At this time, neither of these shafts will be offered for the 712 irons.  The Tour Concept has been around for about 8-9 years and has not gone as mainstream as their other shafts so TT only distributes them through their TC dealers.  The Monaco came out last year, but TT does not show it on their website, yet so it may remain a prototype until then.  It was played by two players on the PGA Tour for a couple of weeks in July and August  of this year and one player used it the first four months of this year.  If it becomes a shaft that is played on Tour regularly, and we get requests to add it, you may see it as a custom option in the future.  

What about the KBS Tour 90 Shaft.  WIll that be an option.

We will not be offering the KBS 90.  We will offer the NS pro 850, 950, and 970

Will project x shafts be available in the 712 ap2 irons stock? would appreciate response so i know wether to buy 710 or 712s

Project X shafts as well as the C Tapers will be offered in the new 712 irons.  They are not stock in either the 710's or the 712's and do carry an upcharge.  Please check with your local pro shop for pricing.

Is there reasoning behind offering teh KBS tour, KBS c-taper but not the 90.

We do an extensive amount of testing and durability studies on all shafts before they are approved for use in our clubs. The KBS 90 has not been approved for use in our heads. 

I am wondering the same thing are the project x shafts going to be stock in the 712 ap2 or would you have to pay extra for them?

Yes, we will offer the KBS Tour shafts and they will not be an upcharge
