Exchange Clubs for different shaft

    I have a brand new set of AP1's that are R300 shafts and I want the S300 shaft. These clubs were won in an invitational.  Can they be exchanged for the Stiff shaft? They are unused, new, still in the box, still wrapped in plastic......How can I go about an exchange? cant seem to get much help locally? Didnt realize they were regular flex (although suppose to have recieved stiff shaft) until I got them home..

    Hi Brian,  If your local shop will not facilitate an exchange and the clubs are still unused in the plastic, call the golf club where you played the invitational and have them set up the exchange.  You will have to ship back the regular flex set and the stiff flex can be drop shipped to you.

    Yes i appreciate the response and have attempted now for a month to get the clubs switched out through the local club with no success.  I am told there is nothing I can do?  I did contact the Pro at Dicks Sporting Goods in Lynchburg Va, Will Andrews.  Will talked to a rep in Roanoke that said it would be no problem as long as the clubs were new and unused, which they are.  

    But I seem to be hitting a snag locally.  Can I get info to contact the rep in roanoke and deal with him directly?  I am even willing to drive the 45 min to meet him if thats what it takes.  Please asap let me know my options.

    I was planning on playing the new clubs on my Vacation at Myrtle Beach South Carolina when I go July 14th through 20th but guess this is not going to happen..  disapointed!

    All I want is to exchange the regular shaft R300 shafts for the S300 stiff shafts. The clubs are new unused in the box never hit and still wrapped in plastic.  HELP.....LOL  Please lead me in the right direction....Thanks in advance.

    I am still after a month having problems...can I just deal with a local rep in Roanoke, VA I am willing to drive and meet him.  I just want to exchange these unused unwrapped R300 shafted irons for S300's.  I was planning on playing on vacation in Myrtle Beach july 14th -20 but doesnt look like this will happen.. can you advise if I can deal with someone other than local course?

    I recently purchased a set of AP2 irons beginning of August 2017. I found out today that a newer version "AP3" will be released next month. I was wondering what I can do to purchase AP3 2018 and receive credit for AP2 2016. Please let me know.
