The AMT shafts have variable weight through the set. The longer irons are lighter and they get heavier as you go to the wedge. The short irons weigh the same in both shafts, approx 130 grams.

Just a quick question about the shaft and swing weight, I have been reading up about the AMT shafts and they sound awesome, but since the shafts are getting lighter into the longer irons, how are they able to keep the swing weight consistent throughout the set?
Thank you,
Sam

Hi Sam,
This is a great question! Swing weight is a measurement of the balance between the grip end and the club head. Because the balance point of AMT shafts remain constant, even as the weight decreases moving into the longer irons, the swing weight will not change.
