I'm planning to cut the shaft of my 915 D2 by 1". As I understood the swing weight will change and I will have to add about 12 gramms to the driver head.
As I can see the original weight (red dot) is 9 gramms and the heaviest one from the kit is 14 gramms.
What can I do to get the original SW back? There is no fine clubfitter around here where I life :(.

    Any advise?

    Thank you in advance.

Hi Markus,  You can add the 14 gram weight and then use a light weight grip to compensate fo the rest of the weigh.  Approximately 4 grams of grip weight is equivalent to 1 swingweight.

Many thanks for the response and your advice.
Could you give me the specs or an URL to find the weight of the original 915 Driver grip?

Stock grip 915 D is GP Tour Velvet 360 Flat Cap weight 50 grams, you can order through Titleist custom GP Tour Velvet 360 LT weight only 28 grams to get the SW you desire.
