Without knowing anything about your swing it is impossible to correctly recommend a shaft for you.  Best advice, go see a qualified Titleist fitter and get fit for the correct shaft.

Your best going for a shaft fitting if it's possible around where you live, different shafts will give you different performances like with a high or low ball flight, less spinning etc.

The Aldila Rogue shafts are good, they do a black and a silver version. The black gives a higher ball flight and is more spinning compared to the silver, i stand to be corrected on that. The Silver is the preferred version on tour, a lot of the pros use the 125 MSI, the 110 MSI is very popular and is a lot cheaper to buy than the 125 MSI which is a very expensive shaft.

It's down to personal preference in the end, test a few out of you can and see which one suits you best and gives you the best figures.

the one that come with the 915 is it any good ? i just bought a 915f 3wood and i dont know if changing the shaft would help ?

All of the shafts offered by Titleist are very good.  The question is still which is best for you and the only true way to determine that is to get fit by a qualified Titleist fitter.  In the mean time, take a look at the custom options booklet from Titleist and look over all the shafts they offer and what the specs are for each.  There is a wealth of information in the booklet which should be very beneficial to you.
