What have you noticed about your ball striking and scores since you got the new set?

For several years, I've attempted to replace my set of irons, but couldn't find anything that made a difference. I played a friend's set of 714 AP1's last month then, hit the 716 AP1 a few weeks ago....I immediately ordered a set. The 716 AP1, for me, is a better club. There was an order entry problem, but the new set is finally coming this way.

I have had a mix of clubs in my bag. A few years ago I bought a titleist driver. Slowly from there I hit their wedges and bought them. Then I went to a demo day and was fitted for the Ap1 irons 5 to pw. I just received them last Friday and haven't played a round yet due to weather but I have been to the range and they are so forgiving to me and no loud acoustic noises just a pure sound when struck well. I switched my ball also to a titleist nxt. And like it alot.

Honestly, best set of clubs i have ever hit..I did a demo last weekend at Golf Galaxy. I ended up going out to my car and trading in my TM RSI irons that i bought in February already.. the sales manager asked me if i wanted to try the AP2 as well and i told him "nope, these are perfect"! Nicest  set of irons i hit in a long time! I'm patiently (well not really) waiting for them to arrive on my door step...i wanna go hit them lol
