    I was so excited to received my new AP2 irons on the release date. When I pulled them out of the box and realized they had the incorrect shaft flex, I was really bummed because I had to send them back. Looks like my golf shop may have confused something with the order resulting in the wrong shaft on the build sheet. Titleist customer service was awesome and fixed the problem with lightning fast speed! Between my golf shop, local Titleist rep and Cathi (who is always awesome by the way) I had my new 716 AP2's in my hands in time for my round the next weekend. Titleist always takes care of it's customers and everybody is always a pleasure to deal with. Thanks to the team at Titleist for great products and customer service to match!

    Agree 100%. Titleist staff members are always courteous and on top of things. No excuses, always results. On a scale of 1-10, they always top out at an eleven. =)
