So a few years back, I changed the look of my bag.  Back then, I had driver, 3W, 5W and 7W, then 5-PW, plus 52*, 56* and 60* wedges,  I dropped all three FW and went to 19*, 21* and 24* hybrids.  Worked pretty well.  But late this past season, I really started to swing my 913F 15* well.  I used some pro shop credit and added a 915F 18*.  I've only swung it three times, but it plays like a dream, just a beautiful baby draw.  The crew that works for me gave me a nice gift certificate to a local mom & pop golf shop, and this weekend, I'll order up the 915F 21*.

While this will mean I'll have 5 hybrids (3 910H, 1 913H and 1 915H) sitting in the garage, I can't wait for next season to start so I can start attacking those par 5's and 200 yard par 3's more confidently.

It's all in the shaft and I guess personal taste.  I love the hybrids and the only fairway I carry is the 15* which I rarely use and it is set at 14.25*.  Mainly use it off the tee when I need something with a draw.  Those new shafts Titleist offers gives those hybrids that extra boost, or at least that is what I found when I was fitted for mine.  Spending that hour with a fitter puts the right club configuration in your hands.  I love the accuracy and flight of the hybrids.  Good luck with your new fairway.

Best part of Titleist - there are options for every player. I've had a hard time getting enough loft off of a 3W. Using a Motore Speeder with a 5W 915, that is now my go-to par 5 second shot, and I've regapped my clubs replacing a 21H with a 7W so I can now be comfortable with the 175-200 yard par 3s. I won't have to layup in front and try to get up and down for par. Good luck with your new setup.

George, I too have taken out the Hybrids and put my 3FW and my long irons back in the bag.Going back to the basics.
