I had to replace my 200 series wedges last year with spin milled wedges since the grooves were well worn. But I still can't get used to the feel difference. To me it seems that the metal is different. I checked on the titeist website and they both seem to have the same specs. They perform well but again its back to feel. I guess the 200's aren't made anymore. Anyone else have the same experience or is it just me?  Thanks

About a month ago, I also made the switch from my old 200 series wedges to the spin milled.  Personally, the feel isn't a very noticeable difference for me, as both models feel unbelievable.  The only noteworthy difference between the two is the amount of spin(obviously more on the spin milled).  Absolutely love both wedges, and although my 200's aren't in the bag, I will never get rid of them.

Yes, I have found the same thing. The 200 series was pefect for me. I can't hit the new spin milled or CC wedges worth a darn. I don't know if the grind changed, or what. Thank goodness I didn't throw away my old 200 wedges. Rusty as they are, I'll keep them around until Titleist (or somebody) makes one better.

I've had the same issues with the SM wedges... I just didn't like the ball flight that the excess spin put on the ball...especially in the wind, I just can't control the trajectory as well. I've never had so many issues with a wedge before. In my opinion I love the new rule change, it will weed out a lot of younger golfers who are relying on their wedges to do the work for them instead of developing feel.
