I've been playing my set of dci 990s since 2000 and the grooves on my scoring clubs are really worn down now. I love the clubs and don't think I'm ready to get new ones yet. Has anyone done this before and can anyone recommend a place to send them to get it done?

I would suggest www.GolfWorks.com as the place to take a look at for re-grooving.  I am not affiliated with them in any way, but just heard good things about their work.  I inquired with my local club repairman a few years ago about re-grooving my 681's, and he recommended that I look there.  After pricing out the re-groove, I decided to trade them in and get a new set (went with the 735.CM's and love them).

If you decide to re-groove your irons make sure that they are still conforming as specified by the USGA Rules of Golf. It would really stink to spend the money to re-groove and then not be able to use then in tournament play. Even worse, you could get a DQ if you play and they are not legal.
