Wanted - Hybrid Loft Sleeve

    Hello Team Titleist! I had the loft sleeve on my hybrid break on me! Its well out of warranty, not that I would be expecting anything to be free anyways. The shaft and head appear in good condition and its just the sleeve that failed. I called Titleist Canada about trying to get a replacement sleeve and they said they don't sell individual sleeves or parts like that and thought it would be hard to find at any retailer. They could only sell me a new shaft with a sleeve attached. Anyone have any experience with something aftermarket for that type of club repair? Hoping to find a sleeve to save this club as its a favorite of mine! Also curious if sleeves I see for example on Amazon for Titleist drivers are universal, regarding of driver, wood, hybrid. Titleist 818-H2-19 degree

    You would need a hybrid specific sleeve. Amazon / ebay / your local club repair shop should have them.

    Hybrids share a common adapter since the 913 release. Fairways and drivers each have different adapters. It is correct that Titleist only sells adapters in conjunction with shafts.

    There are third party adapters available through internet suppliers. 816 and newer models rate the adapters as adjusting loft in 1 degree increments. While interchangeable with prior releases, the prior releases incremented loft in 0.75 degrees. I don’t know if the third party adapters are rated to increment loft by 0.75 or 1 degree.

    Another option is to buy a Titleist supplied used shaft and pull the adapter from that shaft.
