T300 Irons

    I bought a new set of T300 irons from Golf Town last year 2024. I had a set of AP1s and loved them so though I would upgrade to newer ones. The T300 were on sale so I thought it was a great deal, however, now that I have used them for one summer I have noticed on my 4,5,6,9, and PW the chrome is starting to flake off. Is this an issue and if so how should or can I get this resolved? Also noticed that there are no serial numbers on any of these irons….not even the 6 iron…are these fake? I wouldn’t think so especially if they were being sold by Golf Town. But the terrible quality of these make me wonder….? Any replies would be appreciated!

    Sounds like they might be fake, at best, they are very old out of production irons and would not be covered by any Titleist warranty. The T350 line will transition out this fall after two years. You need to take them back to Golf Town and work with them on this issue.

    Take them back to Golf Town, preferably with your receipt. If Titleist agrees it is a manufacturing defect, you might be forced to take T350s as a replacement.
