    I know this isn't a Footjoy forum but they are under the same umbrella so I thought I would share. I have to give them a big kudos. I ordered a couple items earlier in the week. When it arrived yesterday the package had been opened, retaped and the one side of the bag was mangled. The tear didn't look like a person tried to open it. Looked like a got caught in something and pulled apart with weird marks on the bag. Unfortunately, one of the items was missing. Never had a missing item before so I took tons of pictures expecting I would need proof and etc. Called Footjoy and they handled it. No questions asked. Couldn't be more pleased and they are overnighting the missing item. Thank you Footjoy, you just gained a lifetime customer.

    I have always found the FootJoy Customer service first class. Had an issue with a glove and they corrected the issue instantly.! Which is why I use their gloves and Shoes. You can become a member of the FootJoy Insiders Program, and they have special members only items like StaSof gloves in different colors and special launch dates for new gear and stuff. They used to have a forum but think they disbanded it a while back.
