Made my first hole in one a few weeks back. Started on the back and finished with a 33, so decided to play the full 18 holes. All of my buddies went to the bar, and I joined a group of older fellas that were playing 2 tee boxes in front of me. Started with a bogey on 1 (of course) and proceeded to go birdie, birdie, ace on the next 3. Pin was tucked over a ridge in the back left of the green. I hit a pitching wedge from 144. Landed it passed and watched it spin back. Said to myself ahh that should be tight, as I couldn’t see the hole. As I reached down one of the older fellas screamed ITS IN. I proceeded to finish with 33 on the front to shoot 66 total. My best round ever! Just wish my boys would have hung around for the back!
