The ball was a recent birthday gift from my son. Used a 9 iron into a bit of wind. Ball landed about 12 feet beyond the pin with the ball mark still intact and spun back into the hole. My playing partner, Frank was convinced it was a Hole In One, however, I wasn’t as confident , even carrying my putter with me to the hole, until looking around the green, seeing no ball and then approaching the hole and there it was, the Titleist Pro V1 in the cup! Frank just smiled and said “I told you so!”
