Would love to see a full crew come out between the morning and afternoon rounds on the PGA Tour. All the traps raked. Greens rolled. Divots repaired. Kind of like a half-time in golf.

This way, the course conditions would be as close as they can get to the same as the morning group.

    Thoughts...?

It would be good if weather conditions were the same in the AM/PM. Also if it were raining throughout the round I doubt they would stop the round for this.

The show must go on. With respect, no more delays. Those guys who have the afternoon tee times have to wait long enough to tee off. The new rules allow the players to repair the greens when putting. If you cannot give them the exact same conditions, why bother. Not a fan of it.......

Early/late or late/early for your Thur/Fri tee times? It can be just the luck of the draw when you start and how the elements treat you during your round. A halftime break is not needed in my opinion.
  5. Some days you get lucky with your tee time other days you don't just the way it is really.

Sometimes depending what time you go out you you can also get lucky with the weather. Mornings are usually better for that in the UK but it's just the luck of the draw at the end of the day.

The late/early or early/late is about the fairest way to keep things even. It takes long enough to play now. The changes in weather and conditions are part of the game. Golf is not an inside game.

Don't think it would be functional unless they cut down the field so there are not as many players waiting for halftime to end so they can tee off. Plus the cost of the man power to do something like that I could only imagine. Nothing is free these days.

If that were to happen, theres only so many daylight hours in the day. They would have to decrease the number of players in the field and I just dont see that as a great option. Plus a morning golf course will never be in the same shape as an afternoon golf course, or an evening golf course.
