    Now that we are only a couple weeks away from the Fed Ex cup playoffs, how does everyone think the new schedule worked out? I know it will be great for the players to have more of an actual offseason. Also, not competing with football on the weekends in the fall will be good for the tour sponsors. I thought some of the newer events that lacked the big names were kinda boring. All in all it was great to have a big tournament every month from March to August. What say you?

    I like the month to month big tournaments, April-The Masters, May - The PGA, June - The US Open and July - The Open.
    The important thing is how did the USGA, PGA, TV and the tour players like it.

    I like it. Kind of a better balance to the season. Seems like a big event every month March thru the Tour Championship. Awesome!

    Loved it. It felt like non-stop action from the Players to the British Open.

    I still have mixed feelings about the schedule. I like the fact that there is a major event each month but miss the late season golf. A couples of things that concern me: if we are worried about competing with football how about late season events played Tuesday thru Friday?

    My biggest concern is for the northern courses that have a very rich history of hosting major championships. It could be very suspect weather wise in May in Michigan, New York, Wisconsin and others where past majors have been held.

    I agree with you, its nice theres big events, but i liked the late season big time golf!

    2020 will be packed full of great golf and The Olympics only adds to the spice. I do wish they would change the format to a mixed team winner along with male and female medalists. Lowest 2 (1 male and 1 female) from each country would medal.

    It will be a little more interesting this year with the Olympics included. It seems as though this time around, a lot more of the marquee players are interested in being a part of the Olympics. That makes it more interesting and another big event to look forward to this season!
