Spent the entire day yesterday watching all but last 2 episodes. Made the most of a "sick" day.

I guess I am a hater, but i find the Full Swing series to be disappointing. I wish it was more targeted to the more serious fan. It seems so corny and goofy to me. I hate how it does not go in chronological order and Dan Raporport is the worst I want to hear from the golfers not some wannabe famous reporter.

The access is awesome and they do a good job highlighting stories but as a pretty invested golf fan, they miss a ton of things I wish they would cover.

You're right... you are a hater. The show was never designed to cover actual golf. It's meant to give you a behind-the-scenes look into their day to day lives, and they do an incredible job of it IMO. If you are an "invested golf fan" then I'm sure you have countless other ways of watching "serious" golf content.

Hey Brock, I am happy you like it! Golf is so cool!
  8. Love the caddie aspect of this season. They definitely need love to.

Having played at a high level, I don't think the avid golfer understands the effort that goes into being a competitor. Or the highs and lows of it either, it's tough!

Just finished watching the 1st episode of season 3. Not going to binge watching it. Gotta make it last a little while.

I do like it. As a hardcore fan, it is definitely not suited towards me and aimed more at the casual fan.
But overall I think its a great way to... do I dare say... "Grow The Game"

It was an ok season 3. It felt like it bounced around and wasn’t consistent. It didn’t really hook me like it did the first two seasons. My wife and I enjoyed it. It was good to see Camilo and his wife be apart of the season. Camilo was a force back in the day. I enjoyed seeing him back in it. I liked them getting the caddies involved and gave them their own episode.

For the next season, if there is one, I’d like to see them pick a couple of players to follow and story tell their season. Cover all of the majors, PGA Championship and the Ryder Cup of course. Not just bounce around and have these quick 2 minute stories. Have better flow, not just png pong all over the place. Don’t just mail it in. Just my own observation.

I agree - we watched the entire season over the course of a week. Seasons 1 and 2 were fantastic - this one was - good. We enjoyed it but not to the same degree as previous seasons. Can't really point at anything specific - maybe too much 'more of the same' - not sure. The coverage over the arrest was pretty eye opening, even having watched it all unfold on TV at the time.
  14. I’m watching it now on a rainy day.

I agree that I don't think it was as strong as season 1 and 2. However, it's hard to beat the first two seasons. They managed to catch lightening in a bottle with the whole LIV drama.

I aimed to not "binge" this season to make it last.. That didn't go to plan, we ended up finishing it within a few days. Always a solid watch!

Season 3 was mid at best. Felt rushed and chaotic.

I liked it. It's cool getting to know some of the guys the majority of golf fans don't know anything about other than seeing their names on a leaderboard. If the Gary Woodland episode didn't choke you up you have no heart. Haha
