If we have the shaft 'in house', it will take 2-3 days to build and ship.

I think you will be very surprised how fast Custom orders are with Titleist.

still have not got my shaft from titleist

If your pro shop called the order in on Monday afternoon, it won't go to the floor until Tuesday.  2-3 days is Thursday/Friday.  We were closed for the holiday on Monday and you are a 3-4 day trip by ground to the midwest.  Give your pro shop a call and they can tell you when it will arrive (it should be in route if we had the shaft)
