Has anyone on this site done some TPI training?

With winter barreling down on us it's only a matter of time until I get back to my winter routine.  I only go to the gym when I can't golf, and I was thinking about going to see a TPI trainer just to get some workout advise for the off season.  Since I don't ski competitively or play legit hockey anymore the only thing I need to workout for is burning off Thanksgiving calories (mmmmm pie), staying sane, and being ready to golf the second the snow melts.

Basically I'm looking for some workouts that I can do at the gym and/or at home that will help prevent injury (knee, shoulder, and back got destroyed form college hockey) and gain a more powerful swing.  I know that TPI's site has a plethora of info but has anyone got to a TPI trainer?  If you have, is it worth it?  Will they set you up with a plan and send you on your way like I'm hoping for?  Will they work with you to insure you're doing the exercises the correct way?  Tell me about your TPI training experience...  Thanks

    Josh

Here is a post from the Cameron Collector where I talked about my experiences.  I have a whole thread about it

"After putting it off for a long time I finally went to see a local Titleist TPI Fitness Instructor.  I hear stories about how great they are and I finally made myself make an appointment.  The first session was an evaluation where he tested range of motion and flexibility type things.  Long story short by the end of the lesson after doing the evaluation he told me three things wrong in my swing and he nailed every single flaw I had without seeing me swing one time or even hold a club.  My pro has told me the same things time and time again but the trainer diagnosed them by my range of motion and what not and is now designing a training program around those faults. My pro told me things i was doing wrong but it was physically impossible for me to correct them.  Its too much to talk about in the short period of time I have here and will go into more details later.  I strongly urge anyone who seriously wants to improve their game to look into it, you will not regret it.  "

I posted this back in January and still see my trainer on a weekly basis.  I couldnt be happier with the results.  If you have previous injuries be careful and be sure to work with a trainer who can work around old injuries and make sure you do things the right way.
