Titleist or Rep - another long wait - no update

    Just wanted to see if anyone out there has had issues when ordering accessories through their club and rep. I ordered a tour towel that I couldn't find in the store 3 weeks ago and still nothing. My pro can't get a response from the rep either. I've ordered a lot through the rep and love Titleist but this wears on me. I am die hard Titleist and a loyal TT member but I can't understand the service sometimes. I want to order a weight kit also but I'm wondering if I'll ever see it, lol. I'm not ignoring the fact that he is busy but to hear nothing for weeks is a little frustrating. I don't expect special service because of my loyalty, but some would be nice. Ok, maybe this was more of a vent, just looking for input. Thanks

    Instead of going through the rep just have your pro call Titleist and check on the order.  He can also login to a website and check on order status 24 hours a day.  I know the reps are extremely busy right now after their sales meetings and the PGA show and also showing the new lines and if if your pro calls or checks online he can have an answer for you in under 5 minutes. I am surprised your pro has not tried to do this already instead of waiting for a response from your sales rep.

    I know he has checked online and saw the order but he has tried to contact the rep to see why there is such a delay.

    I completely understand they are busy but I would still imagine they have a few minutes to respond to an email.

    Instead of checking online I would just have him call and get a faster answer.  Your rep will have to call or email to see what the delay is.  Have your pro call and cut out the middleman(rep) to get a faster response

    I just checked and both the players and staff towel are both available so it should ship out soon.  They said the players towels just came back into stock.

    Nick, I appreciate you checking on availability. My head pro had done the same. He just heard back from the rep and he said he "must have dropped the ball on this one." Still confused how the order was in the system.
