Just wanted to see if anyone out there has had issues when ordering accessories through their club and rep. I ordered a tour towel that I couldn't find in the store 3 weeks ago and still nothing. My pro can't get a response from the rep either. I've ordered a lot through the rep and love Titleist but this wears on me. I am die hard Titleist and a loyal TT member but I can't understand the service sometimes. I want to order a weight kit also but I'm wondering if I'll ever see it, lol.
I'm not ignoring the fact that he is busy but to hear nothing for weeks is a little frustrating. I don't expect special service because of my loyalty, but some would be nice.
Ok, maybe this was more of a vent, just looking for input.
