Is TGW.com an authorized Titleist dealer? If so, why are the clubs so cheap/

I have not seen any price difference on NEW equipment. They do have a lot of slightly used equipment, that may be the price difference you see on their website.

The 714 irons are standard, the 712 irons were discounted. You'd have to accept inventory on hand for the 712s, no customization beyond grips and lie.
