this was an experience that I could only imagine prior to participating.  Major props to Cathi and Chris for facilitating this event.  The stories Vokey told our group as well as siting at our table during lunch time are something you can't just "buy off the shelve"-he's one of a kind and it truly shows his loves his craft.  

The iron and hybrid designs are unmatched by anyone, too bad I just bought my 714 AP2 in June, but could be snag'n up a hybrid or two real soon.  

The performance center is like a candy store for golfers, I'm still blown away how immaculate this place is.  All the group of designers and support staff showed that they truly matched what is to be expected from this company-props.  

Again, Cathi and Chris thank you for your hard work this day.

I attended the Team Titleist event at the Titleist Performance Institute last week. It was the kind of event that every  golf enthusiast wishes for.  They divided us into four teams of 5 golfers. There were 4 rotations.  My first rotation was clubbed fitting.  We each had our own fitter with a trackman. We tried all of the new Irons and hybrid's.  They fit me for the new AP-2's. They look and feel fantastic. My second rotation was with Bob Vokey. He explained all of the wedges including how they came to be.  What a great time we had during his stories and trying the new wedges.  My third rotation was with the Scottie Cameron putters.  I love the new X7-M. It rolls the ball perfectly. My last rotation was the skills challenge. I would have done better if I actually had skills.  I'm afraid I dragged my team down. Although we did not win we did have a very good time. Cathi and Dave did a great job of organizing the event. Hopefully I will be lucky enough to be invited to another one  in the future. This time I will try and bring my skills.

What a wonderful experience we had a few weeks ago out at the Titleist Performance Institute.  I got fitted for new AP1 irons and the new 816 hybrids.  What a treat it was to be able to hit all the different Vokey wedges with Bob Vokey right there with you!  I ordered the new hybrids immediately and absolutely LOVE them.  They are so solid and easy to hit.  I will be getting the new irons for Christmas.  I am a low handicap golfer, but as a female I always thought that I wasn't quite good enough to hit Titleist irons.  I was proven wrong….these new AP1 irons are so nice & probably more forgiving than my current irons!  They are perfectly weighted and I can feel where the club head is during my swing.

I also just wanted to thank Cathi, Chris and the entire Titleist Staff at the TPI center for such a fantastic event.   I had a great time and am truly grateful for the opportunity to attend.  

The skills challenge was soo much fun, even though it was crazy-hard.  Getting a chance to putt and learn about all the different types of Scotty Cameron putters was great.  Getting fitted for the new 716 club line was great as well.  Now I know exactly what my new set of irons will be and how they will be configured.

The highlight for me though was the chance to meet and learn from, Bob Vokey ("The Wedge Master").  Being able to learn about and get to test all the different types of wedges was very helpful and gave me the information I need for my next wedge purchases.  

Thank you for the goodie bag as well.  GREAT STUFF!!  

To all of you Team Titleist members out there - If you ever get the chance to attend a Team Titleist event - Do it!!! - you won't be sorry.

Chris and I want to say thank you to all the TT players that attended our 716 iron / 816 hybrid and X7 launch event at the Titleist Performance Institute.  It was a pleasure to meet everyone and put a face to the name.  A special thanks goes out to Bob and Jeremy, Mike and Paul, the entire Fitting Staff and David for running the Skills Challenge.  We look forward to having more events like this and seeing everyone out on the course!  More pictures to follow :)

I can't adequately express both my gratitude and satisfaction with the day I got to spend at the fitting event last week.

We were treated like VIPs and/or Tour pros!  From the minute I arrived, the time flew by.  

Everyone from Titleist knew their stuff, and was able to help me.   The highlight for me was getting my SM5 wedges adjusted based on Bob Vokey's recommendation.  The skills challenge really brought out the competitor in everyone and enabled us to get to know each other better.   Plus it was a stark reminder how much the short game matters!

I've always felt like the Titleist brand represents more than  just equipment and it really increased my loyalty to the brand. I've already ordered a new SM5 gap wedge based on my fitting and can't wait to use it.

The goodie bag was such a nice touch too...the mug is already in play! :)

wowwowwowwowwow!  This looks like the go to event of the year!  what a great day for the fortunate few who were invited!  Congrats!

Congrats to all that got to attend. This sounds like a great time was had by all, but then when don't you have a great time when getting together with fellow Titleist enthusiast.

Can’t say enough about the event held at TPI a week ago, very fortunate to have been invited. Huge thanks to Cathi, Chris and the entire Team Titleist staff for putting on a great event that not only showcased the latest and greatest in Titleist engineering and design, but truly showed the knowledge and care this group and brand put into everything they do.  

Personal favorites would have to have been the iron testing and fitting with Robert, BIG shout out to Marni and his team for building beautiful irons. I will now be purchasing a split set of the 716 T-MB’s and MB’s, they are beautiful irons and feel amazing!  Also, it’s not every day you get to have a wedge fitting and lesson from the legend himself, Mr. Bob Vokey, WOW! Amazing man, both him and Jeremy did a fantastic job with explaining what to look for with bounce and head design and then gave perspective as we tested, just a great way to find the right fit for you.

Again, amazing opportunity and for those that get the invite in the future, I HIGHLY recommend it.  There is a reason why I have been, am and always will be a member of Team Titleist and loyal to this amazing golf brand. They care a tremendous amount about what they do, they want your opinion and perspective on the products they put out and any opportunities for improvement. In my eyes there is no better fit or equipment out there, in their eyes there is always a way to make it better.
