    Here it is , the second week in December and the forecast for this weekend is 60 degrees. What a great present from Mother Nature. Tee times for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The course is still green and the leaves are gone. I'm loving South Jersey. Hope all of you TT members are as lucky.

    Yes, it is really December, but am I really in the upper Midwest?? Got 18 in yesterday at a muni that re-opened. The pro shop was stocked with cross country skis, no golf gear. My only reminder it was Wisconsin.

    Don't want to make anyone envious, but it's 80 here at Pointe West C.C. in Vero Beach, FL. After spending 40 winters in N.Y.C. as an Ironworker, I don't feel to bad about it. I also ask myself, is this really December?

    Without a doubt, this has been a fantastic couple weeks since Thanksgiving.  We've been in the 60s most of this week and will be close to 70 tomorrow and slightly above on Saturday.  The best part, most of the courses around me have been pretty empty, so getting 18 in takes 3hrs or less.  Played Tuesday and I'll be back out tomorrow and Saturday.  I hope everyone else that is having unusually good weather this time of year is taking advantage of it.

    This weather is outstanding and I plan to play all weekend. This is really a gift considering I'll play in pretty much any kind of weather. As long as there is a course open I'll get out. This weather is just a reminder that I need to live somewhere like Florida. The thing is, a lot of people have already put their clubs up for the year which ultimately leads to shorter rounds/ better rhythm.

    It is really amazing...global warming...here in SoCal its golf season almost all year long. It couldnt be better. Enjoy the warmer winter weather.

    It's nice to have some nice weather at this time of year. My brother who lives in Long Island just sent us a photo of him on a very green fairway with bare trees like you described. But here in Southern Cali, we just had a high 79, but will be highs of mid 50s for the weekend! Still great golf weather.

    I'm up in NH and yeah I can't believe this weather.  Only a few courses are still open and I'm taking advantage of it!   Played last Sunday and again this Sunday.   Greens aren't the greatest at the moment, rightfully so but i'll take it!

    Hey Steve, the same here in Upstate (Rochester NY) . In fact its challenging to find a Tee Time for this upcoming weekend.  The courses are loving it.  I'm loving it.

    Here in SE MN it is 53 today and a few courses open and carts running. These last few weeks have been great for fall golf and it looks like Saturday will be the end for 2015. Played today and got rained on, but it was great to be out. Hope all goes well for the lucky ones able to still play.

    I'm glad that the east coast is getting some good weather this year. I just moved to Atlanta and the weather here is fantastic right now. Just played 2 days ago with my wife. We use to play every weekend before we had kids and this was the 2nd time we played in 4 years since we had our kids. It was a treat.

    Tough day here in Charleston, SC. Had to wear shorts to the course this morning because it was so warm. Supposed to be between 76 and 80 today and it is almost Christmas! Can you believe this? Left after nine holes. My lower back in such pain and could not make a full turn and the ball went all over the course including a lot of chilly poppers. Miserable day, so packed it up and came home. Something I never do, but the pain was so severe, my body said, "fool go home, I hurt". Paul P, got you request. Thanks. Guess will just eat lunch and take another pain pill. Cheers. Chuck

    Dec 12th in St Louis and the temp was 72 today (new record for here) and I played wearing shorts.  This was a first for me, since I have never played golf while wearing shorts in December.  Last year it was slacks, a base layer, a long sleeve shirt and a fleece outer layer.

    It was almost 70 in Pittsburgh today and heading to 66 tomorrow. This is surreal and doesn't make sense. But I will head to the range in the least. Instagram sessions will be filmed @brattina1221

    Played yesterday and today in Sandy, UT. Both days were windy, with cold temperatures in the high 30s to low 40s, but with the wind chill felt like mid-30s. Bundled up and took advantage because there's snow storms coming in on Monday lasting through Tuesday (maybe Wednesday), that will end the golf for quite a while.

    Golf Gods are smiling on KY!  Counting Thanksgiving, have been to the course 8 days! Some on my own working on specific shots, then others with the buddies that manage to get off work! Another perk, if you think that way, is the warm temps usually came with some windy conditions an opportunity to practice those shots too!

    Regardless of score, golf in December is a good day!!!! Enjoy and keep it where they mow!

    Well the real December showed up this morning after rain on Sunday and the cold front coming through on Monday.  Teed off at 9:30 this morning with the temp at 40 and a nice chilly breeze (back to wearing multiple layers).  Ground was soaked, plus the zoysia fairways were really matted down, but hey it's better than having snow on the ground.

    Here in the Northeast part of Massachusetts it is Beautiful. Played last Thursday, Friday, Sunday and will be out again tomorrow. Long Range Forecast looks good until New Years. When we shut down the Tees and Greens we have a winter course with Temp Tees and Greens. Merry Christmas to all. Jerry Wood
