Being a member of the Carolinas Golf Association, I just got my Winter 2105/16 copy of Carolinas Golf Magazine and found a most interesting article regarding a former President of Acushnet Titleist.  According to the article;  "Dean Cassell of Charlotte, NC, a pioneer in the golf industry and former president of the Acushnet Titleist Company, Dunlop Sports Company, the National Golf Foundation and the Golf Ball Manufacturers Association, Cassell  influenced the design and marketing of the golf ball as we know it today".  He will be inducted in the Carolinas Golf Hall of Fame on Thursday, February 11th, 2016, at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, NC.  Congratulations, Mr. Cassell.   Thank you sir, for all your contributions to Titleist and to the game of golf
