How long have you been playing golf? About 12 years.
Golf goals for 2017: My golf goal for 2017 is to keep improving my game and to continue to check off my 100 course bucket list (I'm using Golf Digest's list 2013-2014), which I started a little over 3 years ago. I have a lot of favorite golf memories but probably my first bucket list course was Pebble Beach Links. I was in awe of its beauty and tradition - it was a life changing moment for me and sealed the deal between me and my love of golf. So far I've played Pebble Beach, Torrey Pines, Pinehurst Nos. 2 and 4 , Streamsong Red and Blue, World Woods Golf Club - Pine Barrens, Pine Needles, Dormie Club, Tobacco Road, Cuscowilla on Lake Oconee and TPC Sawgrass Stadium Course.
I am going to Whistling Straits in October to play the four courses there. I also just attended the Masters Practice Round on Tuesday April 4th. I am extremely fortunate to be able to live in Florida, work for a great airline, and the have funds and time to fulfill my passion of golf. Even though I'm almost 54 years old, I plan on completing my 100 course bucket list before I die.
Favorite 19th hole meal: Ice cold beer and a grilled chicken sandwich.
What do you like about Team Titleist? It's fun, informative and gives a great outlet to connect with other golf nuts such as myself and to connect with a leader in the golf industry who cares enough to listen to what golfers think and produces excellent products for the golf consumer.
Why do you love golf? I always say golf saved my life and I have never been more passionate about anything in my life. It's a sport that loves you one day and hates you the next but I only love it more every day. I'd rather play golf, talk golf, buy golf, read golf than do anything else and will continue my love affair with golf forever.
