The items I ordered on October 2 still have not shipped. Is this indicative of Titleist normal shipping time? I have called and left a message no return call. I have emailed and no return email. The customer service at Titleist is a joke!!!

Weird that the pandemic only affects certain aspects of businesses ♂️ Sales, marketing, and accounts receivable all fine....fulfillment and accounts payable are “delayed due to scamdemic” i guess there is a reason sheep’s are easy to sheer. Miss me with the excuses!! If you cannot fulfill the orders...do not take them....period end of story!!!
